1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that use of the ranch house and surrounding property.
General Venue Use
Emperador Events provides a private ranch-style venue designed to host weddings, celebrations, and special gatherings. All events must be conducted in a respectful and responsible manner to preserve the property and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Guest Capacity
Events must remain within the agreed-upon guest count outlined in the contract. Any increase must be approved in advance and may result in additional fees.
Property Access & Use
The ranch home is designated for preparation (dressing, staging, and coordination) unless otherwise specified in writing. It is not included for general guest use or overnight stays unless separately arranged.
Event Timing
Client access, event duration, and cleanup times are limited to the hours agreed upon in the booking. Additional time may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Setup, Teardown & Cleanup
Basic packages include setup of tables, chairs, and coverings, along with standard cleanup. Clients and vendors are responsible for removing all personal items and décor at the conclusion of the event unless prior arrangements are made.
Vendors & Services
Clients may use approved vendors or request recommendations from Emperador Events. All vendors must comply with property rules and provide appropriate insurance if required.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol service is permitted only through approved or licensed providers. The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests and compliance with all applicable laws.
Liability
Emperador Events is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages caused by guests or vendors during the event. The client assumes responsibility for all attendees and any damages to the property.
Noise & Conduct
Events must comply with local noise guidelines and maintain respectful conduct at all times. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. Noise levels to property line, should not exceed 85 decibal.
Time Restrictions
Amplified music (DJ, live bands, speakers) must be reduced or turned off by 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved in writing.
Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring DJs, bands, and entertainers comply with these limits. Emperador Events reserves the right to require volume reduction at any time. Failure to comply may result in the event being shut down without refund.
Weather
As an outdoor-friendly venue, certain elements are subject to weather conditions. Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly. Rescheduling due to weather is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damage to Property
The client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to the property, structures, furnishings, or landscaping caused during the event.
Security & Safety
For larger events, security personnel may be required at the client’s expense. Emperador Events reserves the right to enforce this requirement based on event size and nature.
